Maintenance Request GuidelinesNON - EMERGENCY ISSUES INCLUDE:
1. Cracks in plaster/walls 2. Moisture in walls and ceilings 3. Leaky water heater 4. Any sign of termite damage 5. Leaky Faucets You will be contacted within 36 hours to discuss the issue and schedule resolution. Please note that tenants are responsible for the following: 1. Any windows which become cracked/broken in their unit 2. The clearing of drain/toilet stoppages 3. Replacement of any burnt out lighting in their unit EMERGENCY ISSUES INCLUDE: 1. Fire of any kind 2. Flooding of toilets, sinks, or dishwashers 3. Sewage backup 4. Gas leak (smell of gas) 5. Loss of heat in winter 6. Structural cave - in of any kind 7. Running toilets **Emergency issues will be handled immediately. Please report an issue as soon as they arise to prevent any further damage. |
